In the movie, 'Speedy's' is located on Baker Street, but in real life it's located at 187 N Gower St.

'Tapas Brindisa Soho' appeared in Sherlock season 1. Unfortunately, the place, where the scene was shot, has been closed since then, but some parts of the interior remained the same.
In season 1 episode 2 'The Blind Banker' Sherlock ad John Watson appear in Chinatown.
Though in the real life this scene was shot on Broadwick Street in Soho, the scene was meant to be Northumberland Avenue. Also, there's a Sherlock Holmes cafe in the area, make sure to check it out!
Sherlock and John were under Waterloo Bridge in this scene, which is not a must, of course, but being at least once on Waterloo Bridge itself is definitely a good idea.
