In the movie, 'Speedy's' is located on Baker Street, but in real life it's located at 187 N Gower St.

Though in the real life this scene was shot on Broadwick Street in Soho, the scene was meant to be Northumberland Avenue. Also, there's a Sherlock Holmes cafe in the area, make sure to check it out!
